CONFERENCE OBJECTIVE
It is proposed to organize the 3rd Biennial international Conference on Nascent Technologies
in Engineering (ICNTE 2019) at Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Vashi, Navi Mum-
bai (INDIA). This conference offers an occasion to bring together practitioners in the forefront
of technologies from different parts of the world to share their research findings. In addition to
paper presentations, the conference will also comprise of keynote addresses by experts from
leading Institutions, Research Organizations, and Industries. The information disseminated
through this technical interaction will introduce the research scholars in various engineering
fields to the advancements in the latest technologies.

CONFERENCE AWARDS
All the presented papers will be scrutinized by a special Awards Committee consisting of the
Awards Committee Chair, Track Chairs, and Session Chairs, based on the content and presenta-
tion of the paper. The authors of the paper identified to be excellent in each track, will be given the
“Best Paper Award”. Additionally, student authors (below age of 35 years) presenting outstanding
work in each track will be felicitated with “Young Researcher Award”.

They are required to submit paper(s) through their login in the IEEE MS Word (.docx) format. The
Agnel Technical Education Complex, sample paper template is made available on the website in Downloads menu.

purpose of research, methodology used, major results, implications, and key references.

the plagiarism as per IEEE guidelines.
 The authors of the accepted papers will be invited for presentation of the paper in the conference.

All the papers presented in the Conference will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion into IEEE Xplore
for more information. which is Scopus indexed. Registration of at least one author is compulsory for each paper.
 If the registered author of the accepted paper remains absent in the Conference, his/her paper will
not be published in IEEE Xplore.
 The Registration process of the authors/non-authors and mode of payment of the Registration Fee
are online.
 The registration fee covers conference kit, soft copy of the conference proceedings, refreshments,
and lunch on both the days of the Conference. The accommodation for the participants can be ar-
ranged in local hotels on request.
 The IEEE members including IEEE Student members will be given a discount of 20% on regular Regis-
tration Fees.
