A. Site Civil Activities:
 Back filling levelling and compaction is in progress in Bay 11 to Bay 14.

 52 No’s of low level Steel Structure of Post Insulators for Tubular Busbar have been
arrived at site on 9th August, 2017.
 9 No’s of High level Steel Structure of Post Insulators for Tubular Busbar have been
arrived at site on 11th August 2017.
 Fixing of underground perforated drainage pipe & Back filling of gravel layer over
perforated drainage pipe in Bay 13 Busbar portion is completed on 11th August 2017.
 Fabrication of Tubular busbar (welding) required for Installation in Bay 11 to Bay 13 is
completed on 15th August 2017.
 Excavation of Soil, Dismantling of pedestal & Cutting of dismantled rebar in Bay 12 is
completed on 19th August, 2017.
 33 Tons Rebar’s from approved manufacturer has been arrived at site on 23rd August
2017 for construction work.
 Chipping of T3 Foundation Pad as well as Cleaning of all lose material of T3 Foundation
Pad is in progress.
 Auto Transformer (T3) steel fixing of fire Protection wall and pad is in progress.
 Steel cutting & bending is in progress.
 Disconnect switch (DS6) two pedestals have been dismantled on 28th August 2017.
 Steel fixing of dismantled cable trench in Bay 13 is in progress.
 Levelling & dressing of soil in CB1, DS2, PI5 & DS1 in Bay 12 is in progress.
 6 No’s of Levelling concrete and concrete of foundation pad in PI9 & PI10 of Bay 12
have been completed on 29th August 2017.
B. Site E & M Activities:
 Restoration of Earthing Mesh is completed in Bay 11 to Bay 14 Portion.

 150 MVA (3 No’s of Units) of Auto Transformer was arrived at site on 23rd August 2017.
 Unloading of 150 MVA Auto Transformer have been completed on 26th August 2017.
 Fabrication of Tubular Busbar (welding and A-structure off set) for Bay 11 and Bay 13 is
completed.
 Installation of Post Insulators on steel structures in Tubular busbar 1 Section 1 from Bay
11 to Bay 13 portion is completed.
 Installation of earthing system from Bay 11 to Bay 13.
 Cable Termination of Disconnect switch B11Q11 is completed.
 Loop testing of existing Bay 12 cables is completed.
 Steel structures of tubular busbar alignment and installation are completed in Bay 11 to
Bay 13.
 Cutting & Welding of offsets and A-structures of tubular Busbar 1 from Bay 11 to Bay 13
is completed.

 Installation and commissioning of 500kV Circuit Breaker (B11Q1 and B13Q1), Current
Transformer (B11CT1 & B13CT1) will be completed.
 Testing & commissioning of Installation and commissioning of 500kV Circuit Breaker
(B11Q1 and B13Q1), Current Transformer (B11CT1 & B13CT1) will be completed.
 Dismantling of Existing foundation of Equipment and construction of new foundation in
Bay 12.
 Energization of 500kV Tubular Busbar 1 (Section 1) after commissioning of 500kV Circuit
Breaker (B11Q1 and B13Q1), Current Transformer (B11CT1 & B13CT1)as per our
submitted request dated 29th August, 2017 .
E. Shipments
 Shipment.No.01 arrived at Karachi Port on 9th March 2017.Custom duty was paid on 21st
March 2017.Shipment 01 was released from Karachi port on 22nd March 2017 and it was
delivered to Tarbela site on 27th March 2017.And unloading of packages at site was
completed on 31st March 2017.
 Shipment.No.02 arrived at Karachi Port on 17th March 2017.Custom duty was paid on
21st March 2017.Shipment 02 was released from Karachi port on 22nd March 2017 & 24th

was delivered to Tarbela site on 26th April, 2017.
 Shipment.No.04 is already arrived at Karachi Port on 23rd May, 2017.EIF document is
already submitted to CRRK office on 12th May, 2017. EIF is approved by bank on 10th
June, 2017. Custom duty was paid on 13th June, 2017 .Shipment 04 is released from
Karachi port on 15th June, 2017.It was completely delivered to Tarbela Site on 21th June,
2017.
 Shipment.No.05 is already arrived at Karachi Port on 31st May, 2017.EIF document is
submitted to Consultant for further submission on 22 nd May 2017. EIF is approved by
bank on 10th June, 2017. Custom duty was paid on 13th June, 2017. It was delivered to
Tarbela Site on 12th July, 2017.
 Shipment. No.07 arrived at Karachi Port on 7th July, 2017.Custom duty was paid on 10th
July, 2017.Shipment 07 was released from Karachi port on 12th July, 2017 & 13th July,
2017 and it was delivered to Tarbela site on 17th July, 2017.
 Shipment. No.08 is arrived at Karachi Port on 31st July, 2017.Custom duty was paid on
3rd August, 2017.Shipment 07 was released from Karachi port on 4th August, 2017 & 5th
August, 2017 and it was delivered to Tarbela site on 9th August, 2017.
 Shipment. No.09 is arrived at Lahore airport on 28th July, 2017.Custom duty was paid on
3rd August, 2017.Shipment.No. 09 was released from Lahore airport on 7th August, 2017
and it was delivered to Tarbela site on 10th August, 2017.
 Shipment. No.10 is arrived at Lahore airport on 24th July, 2017.Custom duty was paid on
3rd August, 2017.Shipment.No. 10 was released from Lahore airport on 9th August, 2017
and it was delivered to Tarbela site on 10th August, 2017.
 Shipment. No.11 is arrived at Karachi Port on 24th August, 2017. Custom duty was paid
on 25th August, 2017.Shipment.No.11 was released from Karachi port on 26th August,
