Bridge has been constructed in 1970. So far no
major rehabilitation has been done. Existing
structures are heavily damaged due to the
corrosion of structure steel and reinforcement in
concrete and lack of maintenance.
Bridges:
Structures on left shore of river Sava
Approaching structures KI – KVIII and exiting
structures KIX and KX. All structures are box
type casted in prestressed concrete. Total length is
1384 m and area is 17,712 m2.
Structure over river Sava
Frame type steel strucuture with main span of 332
m and two approaching steel structures of 68 m.
Total length is 468 m and area is 12,884 m2
Structures on right shore of river Sava
Approaching structures KXI – KXIX and exiting
structures KXX and KXXXI. All structures are
box type casted in prestressed concrete. Total
length is 2145 m and area is 23,400 m2.
Structures on Mostar Interchange
Viaduct Savska and Kneza Milosa and Tram
bridge. Total length is 463 m and area is 5,561
m2.
