Shailesh S Joshi, Director and Cofounder, has over 25 years of Energy sector experience with comprehensive skills in Project
Finance, Risk Management, Operational Performance Improvement, Institutional Capacity Building and Policy & Strategy Formulation.
He is able to provide a 3600 perspective on the energy sector issues owing to his association with all the stakeholders viz. Utilities,
Developers, Governments, Regulators, Banks & FIs, Customers, PE Funds, etc.

Abhay A Athalye, Director and Cofounder, is a renowned Finance and Strategy professional with deep domain knowledge of Indian
Infrastructure sector. For the past 8 years, he has been working with SME companies as a Strategic and Financial Advisor to catalyse
their transformation into professionally managed Corporates and maximization of Business Value. During his career spanning more
than 20 years, he been involved in financing of Indian Infrastructure by private investors He has performed leadership roles in areas
such as Infrastructure Finance, Corporate / Business Strategy, Financial management and Business Consulting

Bapu Amritkar, Director and Cofounder, is a power sector veteran with over 3 decades of Indian and international experience in
Energy sector in manufacturing, project development, finance and Private Equity. Production engineer by education, he, as a CEO, has
successfully led a 200 Mn. USD company with over 1500 employees having market presence across the globe. His expertise in
strategic vision, Business Development, organisational development , risk management, project implementation provides a unique value
addition to the client organisations.

Pushkar K. Khanna, Technical Director, is among the best and most experienced Energy Audit expert available in the country. He is
working in the Energy Audit and efficiency sector since 1992 and has undertaken 1200+ energy audits across Textile, Chemicals,
Pharmaceuticals, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Foundry, Hotels, Engineering, Plastics, Buildings & Commercial Establishments, Pulp &
Paper, Water Works, Food Processing, Rubber & Tyre, Sugar , Distillery, Steel ,Re-Rolling Mills, Glass, Fertilizer , Acid Plant , Thermal
& Gas based Power Plants , Cogen & Captive Power Plants. Besides he has also undertaken special studies for Demand Side
Management, PAT Scheme baseline studies, Feasibility studies and DPRs etc.
