CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

This agreement is made on this day the Eight of September Two Thousand and Eighteen
(8.09.2018)
Between
ROHAN SUGRIM of 117 Clonbrook, E.C.D, owner of Rohan’s Men Fashion Store
(‘the employer’)
and
TRACEY CLARKE of lot 26 Clonbrook Housing Scheme, E.C.D
(‘the employee’)
WHEREAS
(1) The COMPANY enters and concludes agreements with U.S. stores to provide a huge variety
of men fashion clothing from the U.S. to Guyana.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED that the COMPANY will employ the EMPLOYEE on the following
terms and conditions:

1. EMPLOYEE’S JOB TITLE: Cashier.


2. PLACE OF WORK: Rohan’s Men Fashion Store.
3. HOURS OF WORK: Shift work over five days comprising from 7:00 am to 9:00 am with
break and two clear day off each week.
4. REMUNERATION: US$ 765 per calendar month, payable in arrears, plus bonus.
5. JOB DESCRIPTION: See attached schedule 1.
6. DURATION OF CONTRACT: Initially for one year, commencing (8.09.2019).
7. HOLIDAYS: Three weeks’ paid leave per annum to be taken at a time to be agreed as
mutually convenient to both parties.
8. SICKNESS: Seven days paid sick leave per annum, a medical certificate required after second
day.
9. GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE: The parties shall follow the grievance procedure as set out in
Rohan’s Men Fashion Store Handbook 2018.
10: TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: This contract can be terminated by either party giving
one calendar months’ notice to the other in writing.
