Respected Sir,

With due respect, we the pensioners and family pensioners of CCRH thankful to you for the kind and
positive discussion held with you by our representatives/delegates on 5.4.2018 at Kottayam. It is a matter of
fact that you were very kind enough to hear our legitimate issue regarding delay of extension of benefits of
7th CPC to the pensioner and family pensioners of pre 2016.

The Deputy Secretary (IFD) and Director General CCRH were also present during the discussion and it
was advised to submit a fresh representation in the light of such development and hence we submit this for
your kind information and consideration and an early disposal.

In this connection, it is pertinent to mention that the all India Conference of CCRH Pensioners
association held at Kottayam on 7.4.2018 have passed a resolution to submit a further appeal to your good
office requesting to approve and allocate requisite fund for the payment of pension and arrears of pre 2016
and post 2016 pensioners and Family pensioners of the research Councils under Ministry of AYUSH.

A few of our pensioners/family pensioners are completely bedridden due to fracture, cancer and
other acute diseases and their physical and financial conditions are very bad.

Therefore, we appeal to your good office to direct the authorities of Research Councils to release
pension and arrears of pre 2016 pensioners and Family pensioners too without further delay.
