• General Mental Ability- Comprehension, Logical reasoning ,

Analytical ability, Decision making, Problem Solving,
Basic innumeracy and data interpretation

• Basic Knowledge of Public Transport, MTW Act, Factories Act

and Labour Relations

• Leadership, Communication, Inter personal relations and

Decision making skill

• Computer Knowledge

NOTE:

• The question paper shall be set both Kannada and English language.
• The Standard of questions of Syllabus(Aptitude Test) shall be that of ITI level for
Technical Assistant Posts
• There shall be negative marking for incorrect answers.
