1975
ÖZÇELİKLER HİDROLİK SİLİNDİR LTD.ŞTİ, was established by Mr.
Ahmet ÖZÇELİK to design and produce hydraulic cylinders in Ankara
at 1975.

 OUR HISTORY
1975 - Özçelikler Hidrolik Silindir LTD.ŞTİ. was established.
1996 - New factory was constructed in Ankara 1. Organized Industrial
Area to production and service/repair deparment seperation.
1997 - First export made to France.
2010 - 3rd. Factory constructed in Sincan 1. Organized Industrial Area
to produce hydraulic telescopic cylinders.
2012 - IDM HYDRAULIK company was established in Germany with
%100 our investment
2016 - 5th. Factory constructed in Anadolu Organized Industrial Area

 CAPACITY AND PRODUCT RANGE
Our capacity is 150.000 unit/year in our three factories.
Our product range for the factories:
Factory-1: In this facility we are producing cylinders idustries for Agricultural
machinery, Energy, Automotive, Mining and special applications. We can
produce single and double acting cylinders for diameter up yo Ø600mm and
length 15.000mm
Factory-2: In this facility we are manufacturing single and double acting
telescopic cylinders for dumper, semi-trailer, garbage compactor, trailers
and special lifting platforms.
Factory-3: In this facility we are maintaining/refurbishing and re-
manufactuirng of all kind of construction machiner cylinders.
IDM HYDRAULIK: This facility is our service/logistic center for our
European market.

 PRODUCTION ABILITIES
In our production line we are using adequate CNC machining
equipment like lathe&machining centers for cylinder production. In
addition we are using CNC skiving&roller burnishing, CNC horizontal
honing, CNC centerless grinding and rorbotic welding machines to
ensure the qualified products.

150 dedicated people.
We have 35 technical personal, 4 administration personal, 6 quality
control personal and 105 blue collar colleagues.
