JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, ERNALEN MAHOBAY and ALMER RENDON, both of legal age,

Filipinos and residents of Oslob, Cebu, Philippines respectively, having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. We personally know the person of SIDFRIE ALQUISALAS

ONDIANO because I (Almer) has been his neighbor for more than
two decades now and I (Ernalen) has been living in the same house
with him for a decade now. And for that reason we have known
SIDFRIE ALQUISALAS ONDIANO and his family.

2. That we know for a fact that the person by the name of "SIDFRIE
ALQUISALAS ONDIANO" appearing in the the latter’s Driver’s
License, Voter’s ID and old Passport refers to one and the same
person named “SIDFRIE ALQUISOLAS ONDIANO” appearing on
his birth certificate.

3. That we are neither related to her by consanguity nor affinity.

4. As such, we execute this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may
serve.
