Commercial Warehouses and Factories up to 20m
spans and as long as required can be constructed
using cold rolled steel sections from HadFrame.
These buildings are lighter, stronger and quicker
to build than any existing structure. This also
makes them much better value.
Space frame stanchions are erected from the
concrete pad and bolted to the ground. Eaves
heights up to 8m are common. A lattice beam
with pitched or horizontal roof spans between
the stanchions and lightweight steel purlins
complete the structure. Single skin or composite
panel box profile plastisol coating completes the
building.
HadFrame can supply all required materials,
design, personnel doors and insulated sectional
overhead doors.

Our unique construction harnesses the properties
of both light weight steel and concrete but in a
totally new way. The post and cross beams are
designed, computer rolled and assembled to
exact specification in the factory. They are then
erected on site in a matter of hours once the
footings have been poured. Once assembled the
entire box profile structure is filled with concrete
and allowed to harden.
When solid this forms an extremely strong
casement structure with spans up to 6.5m and
eaves heights up to 5m.
The layout of the posts and floors is ideal for
office, residential and retail facilities and is
capable of construction of up to 5 floors. All
internal and external walls can be fitted using the
light weight steel sections.
The external façade can be fitted using the cold
rolled steel which is compatible with all the latest
cladding systems or Styrafoam and acrylic in the
same way as for residential construction. The
inside surfaces are easily lined with Multipanel or
Polypanel to provide clean, functional surfaces.

can be bespoke to customer requirements and
delivered either flat pack for your operators to
assemble or ready assembled in sections for
immediate construction.
Eco-friendly technology
The use of these lightweight steel structures is
considered a very ecological approach to building
due to the minimal waste both in manufacture
and on site; the massive strength to weight
ratio resulting in low transport cost compared
to any other material and the removal of the
requirement for preservatives, adhesives, paint
and varnishes.
Light weight steel structures also allow for
significant increases in insulation when combined
