HAZOP
HAZOP studies occur after the equipment list
and the PIDs have been finalized. A HAZOP
study is typically conducted in a series of
meetings, with a multidisciplinary team. Venture
participates in HAZOPs, process safety reviews,
pre-startup safety reviews, and other functions.
