confirmed her aspirations of being a worship leader. As her joyful character continues to bubble up,
she adds that becoming a member and through her growth here, at Agape Love Center, daily prayer

disappointments in this life. Never-
theless, God has not suggested, but
has commanded us to be strong and
courageous. In order to be strong and
courageous we must be built up in
the word of God. We must take time

We must know, trust and believe that
God can and will resurrect our dead
dreams, but we must prophesy (speak
to) the dry bones (dead situations)

wrong, you will create stress.
Did you hear that? You will
create stress, NOT THE DEV-

lives to discuss. Concentrate
on all the good things. If you
think you don’t have any, you
are mistaking my friend. There
is nothing but good all around

what we thought was dead in our
lives. He will cause you to come out
of the grave and bring you into a
good place. A place of abundance, a
place of life, joy, and peace. Speak
the word only, unto your dry bones
and they will live again in Jesus

A positive mind-set helps you
develop a happier attitude which
in turn, helps you relax. The
result, less stress. Remember this
is our responsibility. We must
make a conscious effort to
change and set our minds this
way. This action must be inten-
tional. We must intentionally
trust God, be positive, talk posi-
tive, and walk positive. Just as an
open window brings in fresh air,
a positive attitude opens doors to
positive change.

Women In Prayer

Women’s Prayer is held on Monday
evening beginning at 5:15. The wom-
en of Agape’ come out to honor the
Lord with our time by giving Him the
praise and worship that is due to Him!
After a long day at work or a busy day
in the life of a Christian woman, an
hour has been designated to come into
the house of God in unity and give Him
thanks for the many blessings He has
given. These blessings include opened
doors, financial and spiritual break
through, healings, deliverances, souls
saved, and for the harvest that is com-
ing from the North, South, East and
West as we are proclaiming. We enter
into this time of prayer with an encour-
aging word of scripture and announce
any special prayer requests that are
needed. The Holy Spirit is invited to
have free course in us and through us
as we make our petitions known unto
God, for He knows what we are to pray
before we even think on the things we
are to pray for. By allowing the Lord
to move freely, we move our agendas,
time frames, ideas, motives, and
thoughts out of the way. This clears the
air waves for us to receive a word from
God and for the very prayers we are
praying. The prayers are on behalf of
our pastors, the body of Agape’, the
City of Natchitoches, Louisiana, the
world in its entirety, our families/
loved ones, and for healing, that will be
made manifested in due season. So we
encourage every female, young and
seasoned, to come out and intercede
with us in corporate prayer and watch
God move on your behalf and on the
behalf of others.

Dr. Davis’s Door

Just as a puzzle has puzzle pieces
that fit together we must understand
our place in the body-where we fit. It
is important for pieces to fit in there
place or else the puzzle’s picture
won’t look like the creator meant it
too . God feels the same way about
us. It’s important to understand, to
find out, and operate in our place. If
we are out of place the body cannot
function correctly. You may have the
eyes being the mouth. How out of
place is that? The eyes are to see not
speak. Do you understand how that mature so we can do the work

Agape At A Glance

The history of Agape Love Center was an amazing one. Agape was formerly known as Living
Hope Ministries. They were located in a section of the Self-Help Shopping Center on Martin
Luther King Jr. drive, which started on a Sunday morning in September of 1989. Many of the
members of Agape Love Center today are remnants of that ministry. In 1995 a leap of faith
was taken to cross Jordan and possess that which God had promised Dr. Davis. This was the
birth of Agape located on 1515 Texas Street. Agape’s purpose is to

In order to make this purpose a reality a vision was given to Dr. Davis by God. This vision
includes projects to enhance the whole man, his spirit, soul, body and economic status. As
members of Agape Love Center we are mandated to join with Dr. Davis in making this vision

The word joy is such a
powerful word. Think for a
moment how glad (joyful)
you were the last time God
did the extra ordinary for
you.? When was the last
time you were glad or de-
lighted by something or
someone? While you give
that some thought let me
tell you what the bible says
about God’s delight (joy)
in us. Psalms 147:11 says
that God takes pleasure
(joy) in those who fear
HIM, in those who hope
in his steadfast love. That
is a wonderful place to
start, knowing that God
takes joy in the rever-
ence we give him. The
honor and exaltation
that is bestowed upon
him. He also takes
pleasure (joy) in the
hope we have in his
love for us. Although,
God does not need it I
believe this encourages
God., that His creation
would show so much
appreciation toward
Him. This fills Him
with joy so deep He is
compelled to bless us.
This is God showing
outwardly he cares and loves
us. You know we can do the
same. How you ask? We
show our joy outwardly to-
ward God by assembling at
the local church the holy Spir-
it has joined us to. Being pre-
sent at church service is very
important for our spiritual
growth. If we don’t show up
growth will in many ways
occur slowly and in some
none at all. We also show our
joy in God by respecting,
uplifting, and submitting to
the men and women God has
given authority to too assist
us in our growth. It brings joy

bring you joy. In trails and
circumstances in life you will
know how to react and stand.
Oh what joy it is to not be
confused nor mislead because
you know. These are just a
few of the things we can do to
show outwardly our joy in
God. Take heart in knowing
that God finds His joy in us,
let’s keep our joy in HIM!
