Title of the Lesson: Chapter 13 Over the horizon: The future of ethical leadership
Time: 60 minutes

Learning Outcome Assessment (10 minutes)

Classmates will:
• Identify the megatrends that will shape ethical
guidance and their implications
• Compare and contrast the past and future
requirements of an ethical leader
• Understand the nature of the engagement of
future ethical leaders and the implications for
how they lead
• Develop an understanding of how to become
a future ethical business leader
The instructor will present some of the biggest
moral dilemmas of business leaders and ask
his classmates decide on two options.
Classmates will be asked to stand on a specific
area that represents the choice they will make.
Afterwards, the instructor will present the
decision made by the business leader, his/her
advice, and the lesson to gain from the
situation. This activity together with the drawing
of lots during the presentation will enable the
instructor to evaluate whether the learning
outcomes have been achieved or not.
