System Description

Calculations:
Building Load = Cooling Load from One Higher Temp. Bin - [ (Max Cooling Load - Min Cooling Load) x 5 ] / [ (Total # of Bins in Required Conditioning Temperature Range) x 5 ]
Efficiency (kW/ton) = Efficiency from one Higher Temp. Bin + [ (Full Load Efficiency - Part Load Efficiency) x 5 ] / ( Run Hours x 5)
Demand (kW) = Building Load Tons x kW/Ton
Energy (kWh) = Demand x Run Hours
New Mechanical Cooling Minimum Temp = Max Plate and Frame Cold Water Temp - Combined Plate and Frame and Tower Approach Temp
Plate and Frame Energy Profile is calculated in the same manor as the regular Energy Profile, except when the Building Load is less than Plate and Frame Capacity the consumption is zero.
