TILE ADHESIVE

PRODUCT It is a ready-to-use thin bed mortar adhesive for bonding

DESCRIPTION ceramic tiles, marbles, granite and natural stones to wall
or floors on indoor or outdoor concrete surface. It is a
cement bound system for wall or floor tiles.

I NTEND ED USE This product is suitable for all types of concrete surfaces.

PR EPARATI O N

MIXING Pour 6-7 liters of clean water into a plastic pail and add one 25-kg bag of NovTek Tile Adhesive by gradual

mixing. Always put water first in the container before adding NovTek Tile Adhesive for proper preparation.
Mix thoroughly until a trowel able consistency is attained. The mixture should be pasty and lump-free
consistency. Let the mixture stand for 10-15 minutes while allowing to slake. Then stir again.

 Using a special notched trowel (6mm x 6mm) spread over 1-2 square meter area at a time only.
APPLICATION  Lay down tiles and adjust accordingly. Use tile spacers to ensure the correct spacing of the tiles.
 Ensure that the spread adhesive is used in 15-20 minutes maximum.
 Regularly check adhesive bed to ensure that no film layer has formed on the surface. If so disregard,
mix and spread a new batch straight from the mixing pail.

STORAGE Always stored in a cool and dry area.
