Note:
1) Manifolds shall be supplied with 2” pipe bracket kit.
2) The instrument manifolds pressure rating shall be 1500 psig minimum. The construction shall be as compact as
possible, in order to reduce both the volume and the weight.
3) The various components shall be replaceable without the necessity of special tools. The functions and open/closed
positions of the valves shall be clearly and permanently identified. Strictly labels or other not permanent systems
are not allowed.

Note:
1) The tubing shall be used for connecting the instruments to the relevant process line, for drain/test of the instruments and
for connecting the instruments to the instrument air system.
The tubing shall be seamless and fully annealed, AISI 316 SS as per ASTM A269 with Rockwell hardness not
to exceed B-80.
The tube mechanical seal shall be assured by means of two compressing ferrules with hardness suitable to the
pipe and resistant to the corrosion.
Tubing shall be supplied in bar (6 meter length).

2) The tubing fittings shall be made of AISI 316 SS, flareless double ferrule compression type. The fittings shall lock the
tube in order to allow the maximum seal, also in presence of vibration and shall satisfy the dimensional tolerance
considered into relevant standards for a good coupling with the pipe.
