Noble ones know that the mind
we must always train.

One who backslides has truly lived his life in vain.
Do stay righteous and mindful in sunshine or rain!

 Let not Loba, Dosa and Moha be your bane.
May your practice of Dhamma never ever wane.

With Right Effort train ardently the ‘monkey mind’.
