Class I have some manila papers posted on the board written here are the author's names,
date published, publishing company etc. Now I want you to familiarize each and analyze it.

D. Presentation Based from your artwork earlier, what do you think will be our topic for
today? Listing References, Ma'am. That’s correct. In our discussion I am expecting you to
differentiate the formats use in every article in referencing, value the importance of
referencing and construct the proper arrangement or formats in refreshing.

D. Activity
Okay class, today we are going to have an activity and it is related to your seatwork earlier.
Now, I want you to arrange these author’s name, date published and the publisher
 accordingly based on your knowledge regarding in our topic which is listing references.
Divide your class into two and select atleast 3 representatives who will go on the board. (
students will now choose their representative in each group and arrange the given task

So now we will move on to proper referencing in research. Yes Ma’am! I know you are
already familiar with this because you already made research, and even had a defense,
right? Ma’am, it s important to follow a system of documentation because we should follow
the proper format and style of a research. Okay! Now, why do you think it is important to
follow a system of documentation? It is also important to acknowledge resources because it
is not our own work to take. We would also be changed by plagiarism, so we should always
give credit to whom you get that information. Why do you think it is important to
acknowledge on include the resources you used in your research? Very good! What is an
APA style? Is it more of a bibliography or references? Ma’am an APA style uses a list of
references instead of bibliography. The requirements of a reference cited in the test of a
paper be listed alphabetically, first author’s last name in the list of references and that all
references listed must be cited within the text. So for example, how about if we are going to
acknowledge a book you used for your research? How should it be written? Can you give
example? Based on the example posted, can you discuss the format of it?, How about if we
acknowledge the following sources from: • Periodicals • Magazines • Monographs What are
the commonly used rules and reference of APA? • Can you give examples? • Afterwards
discuss the format in the given example posted on the board.

F. ABSTRACTION
We tackled earlier referencing and all researchers showed always be reminded that
everything or every resources that you used for your research showed be properly
acknowledge and attributed to the research you make. There are formats in properly
acknowledging the books periodicals, monographs and magazines that you used. Yes
ma’am! We should also use the APA style since it consists list of references that
enumerated alphabetically by the author's name and all references listed must be cited
