 Bowl of oats

***in between meals you can have carrots,


cucumbers or srouts
MILITARY DIET

DAY 1:  2 hotdogs (no buns or condiments)
BREAKFAST  ½ cup of carrots
 1 cup of broccoli
 Cup of black coffee or Tea  ½ banana
 1 slice of toasted wheat bread with 2  ½ cup vanilla icecream
tbsp of peanut butter
 ½ grape fruit

LUNCH DAY 3

 Hot coffee or tea BREAKFAST


 1 slice of toast  5 saltine crackers
 ½ cup tuna  Slice of cheddar cheese
  1 small apple
DINNER

 85 grams of any meat (can be boiled or LUNCH


steam) no fried chicken allowed
 1 cup green beans  1 Slice of whole grain toast
 ½ banana  1 egg
 1 small apple

Dessert: 1cup of vanilla icecream or pascual DINNER


yogurt
 1 Cup tuna
DAY 2
 ½ banana
BREAKFAST  Whole cup of vanilla icecream

 1 slice of toast
 1 hard boiled egg
 ½ banana

LUNCH

 1 hard boiled egg


 5 saltine crackers
 1 cup cottage cheese
