1 PRE-IMPLEMENTATION STEPS

Attention:

All the objects shall be created in the J1BA package.

All the steps mentioned in this document shall be executed in an EN-English language, except
for when explicitly requested.

1.1 Screen Control

1.1.1 J_1BAKIT_MANV

- Execute transaction SM30;

- Enter “J_1BAKIT_MANV” in the field “Table/View”;

- Choose Edit pushbutton;

- Choose New Entries pushbutton;

- Enter the information as follows:

o Table Name: J_1BDYLIN

o Field: VDESPADU

o Item Tab: ITM_TAXES

o Table Name: J_1BDYLIN

o Field: VIOF

o Item Tab: ITM_TAXES

- Save and activate the changes.

1.1.2 J_1BAKITV

- Execute transaction SM30;

- Enter “J_1BAKITV” in the field “Table/View”;

- Choose Edit pushbutton;

- Enter the changes as follows:

o Field: VIOF

o Item Field Gr: 75

o Field: VDESPADU

o Item Field Gr: 75

- Save and activate the changes.

1.1.3 J_1BAEITV

- Execute transaction SM30;

- Enter “J_1BAEITV” in the field “Table/View”;

- Choose Edit pushbutton;

- Choose New Entries pushbutton;

- Enter the information as follows:

o Item Field Gr: 75

o Description: Importing taxes

- Save and activate the changes.

1.1.4 Screen Control for Fields (Item)

- Execute transaction SM30;

- Enter "J_1BAMITV" in the field Table/View;

- Choose the Display pushbutton;

- In the "Table View" menu, select "Display -> Change";

- Select the column SC ItemFi lines with values 1, 2 and 63 and check display for item group 75;

- Select the column SC ItemFi lines without Service ISS checked 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 , 14,
61 and 62 check optional for item group 75;

- Select the column SC ItemFi lines for 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 with Service ISS checked
check hide for item group 75;

- Select the column SC ItemFi lines 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 31 and 32 without Service ISS checked
and check hide for item group 75.

- Save and activate the changes.

1.1.5 J_1BNFW_SCGAITV

- Execute transaction SM30;

- Choose Edit pushbutton;

- Choose New Entries pushbutton;

- Enter the information as follows:

o Screen: 3210

o Tab/ Sub-Screen: SUB_TAX_II

o Item Scren. Gr.: 9

- Save and activate the changes.

1.1.6 J_1BNFW_SCGITV

- Execute transaction SM30;

- Enter “J_1BNFW_SCGITV” in the field “Table/View”;

- Choose Edit pushbutton;

- Choose New Entries pushbutton;

- Enter the information as follows:

o Itm Srn Gr: 9

o Description: Subs: Tax II

- Save and activate the changes.

To display the sub-screen you should enter in your SC Item Screen and set the Item Screen 9
(Subs: Tax II) to display in view J_1BNFW_SCCITV.
