Your Network Settings are incorrect

We have detected that you are using network settings

which are incompatible with MWEB’s ADSL network.
Browsing websites and connecting to the mail servers requires that your ADSL
router connects to a domain name server to resolve the addresses of the remote
servers. MWEB’s network is configured in such a way as to automatically provide you
with these settings.

If you are receiving this message it means that your ADSL router, or PC is not
configured to automatically retrieve these settings when logging in.

What can you do to correct this?

Check the Network settings on your ADSL Router and ensure that you do not have any statically
assigned Domain Name Server (DNS) settings and that the option to automatically obtain DNS
settings is enabled. You may also need to check these settings on the local area network
connection on your PC.
