RESUMEN
ABSTRACT
The sharp heart attack of myocardium is one of the most frequents heart diseases in the world
population, does part of acute coronary syndromes and is mainly due to ischemia or decreased
blood flow to the heart muscle tissue (myocardium). The serum cardiac biomarkers present
great relevance when diagnosing this pathology, because an imbalance in their levels
indicates a lesion in the cardiac muscle that, if left untreated, will eventually cause tissue
death due to lack of oxygen. In the development of this article, we explain the relationship
between the main enzymes of cardiac diagnosis (troponin I and T, LDH and CK-MB) and
IAM.
