1. Doing planning for day to day shift activities.

2. Responsible for maintenance of the most supercritical equipments to reduce Breakdown.
3. Equipment Monitoring Through CBM(Condition Base Maintenance),Vibration analysis includes
spectrum analysis etc , Dynamic Balancing With Vibration analyzer ENTEK ODDYSSE Mode l-
ENPAC, also well conversant with oil analysis procedure.
4. Responsible for data updation in SAP R/3 for day to day activities.
5. Manpower planning & shutdown activities , co-ordination.

6. Departmental materials procurement planning & inspection of indented spares.

7. Actively involved in TPM activities (especially in Kobestu Kaizen, Planned Maintenance, Education &
Training).
Participated in National Kaizen Conference at Bangaluru in Dec 2009 & Awarded Silver Trophy in
Indivisual Kaizen category.
Participated in International Kaizen Conference at Hyderabad in OCT 2010 & Awarded Silver
Trophy in Indivisual Kaizen category.
