Is any further action required for consumers who provide KYC details?
› Aadhaar is preferred. Consumers who provide Aadhaar will not be required to provide any details in
future
If a consumer has multiple cards (meal/ gift), is it required to complete KYC for each card separately?
› No, as long as all cards have the same registered mobile number no separate KYC is required for
each card
How will the consumer be communicated about KYC status for non-Aadhaar documents?
› The same will be communicated via SMS and email (if available) within 7 working days
› The status will also be updated on the KYC portal (https://kyc.sodexobrs.com)
