and pattedar pass Books Act of 1971. Rg.

Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri Kuppi Reddy Nagi Reddys/o late Sri
Pedda subba Reddy,Principal of Global collage of Engineering and Technology Chennuru
Mandal Kadapa District,residing at 39/470, Aravind Nagar Kadapa City,I hereby issue this legal
noties to you Nos 1 to 3 Under section 80 of C.P.C R/W section 8(2) of AP Rights in Land and
pattedar pass books Act 1971 With the following facts.

1. The Mandal Revenue office of Chennure Mandal issued pattadar pass book to my client
with khata No:357 by stating that my client got 0.86 cents in S No:252/2A and Acs 1-10
in S No:252/2B1. My Clint came to know that the subodinates of you No:3 illegally
changed an extent to 0.66 cents instead of 0.86 cents in S No : 252/2A by allotting
remaining 0.21 cents to Guddeti Buchamma and also reduced Acs 1.10 to 0.66 cents in S
No:252/2B1 by allotting remaing 0.44 cents to Guddeti Buchamma illegally without any
court final decree or registred sale deed in favour Guddeti Buchanama. The final decree
in Os 13/1992 was not passed by the Honourable senior civil Judge court at Kadapa up
to now.
2. The office staff you No:3 cannot divide the schedule property without final decree
between my client and Guddeti Buchamma.The said allotment of property of my Clint to
Guddeti Buchamma is illegal and void in the eye of law. So you Nos:1 to 3 have to take
steps to restore the 1-B and Adangal in the name my Clint I.e Khata of my Clint as per
the entries made in the khata of my client made in khata No:-357 as previously
submitted in the schedule of this legal notice.

3. Therefore you Nos:1 to 3 please take this legal notice U/s 80 of C.P.C R/W section 8(2) 2
A.P Rights in land and pattadar pass books Act of 1971 and that you No 1 to 3 are
requested to order you subordinates to set- right the mistake in feeding the on-line and
me-seva transactions as submitted below with in the stipulated period of two months
for meeting the ends of justice. Otherwise my client is constrained to institute a civil suit
against you Nos:1 to 3 in the court of law for the said reliefs by holding you Nos 1 to 3
liable for costs and consequences.

District, kadapa District.

1.S No:252/2A Extent is to he corrected as 0.86 cants instead of 0.65 cents.

2.S No :252/2 B1 Extent is to he corrected as Acs 1.10. Instead 0.66 cents.
