Thanks for your thoughtful email, which I retrieved hidden in my junk email. You are lucky to receive a
paycheck. Unfortunately, my pension is deposited into the Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union, with
hidden contracts of adhesion attached to my signature card, which include the consent to admiralty
courts instead of courts of equity. http://freedom-school.com/invisible-contracts.pdf The IMF has the
same practice. I have asked the Executive Directors of the World Bank not to require us to maintain
these accounts, and so far have received no response. I have also notified the Bank-Fund Staff Federal
Credit Union, and have not yet heard back from them either.

I have for several years endorsed my paycheck with "Demand for Lawful Money Pursuant to USC12
§411" instead of direct deposit and signing my name as the endorsed.

I do this as the only way I know of how not to us FRN while conducting my normal business of paying
bills, food, and general survival.
My understanding is that USC12 §411 is a provided remedy to not have to use FRNs and use US
Treasury Notes as was intended by the framers of the original constitution for America. Also I believe
this removes my money from banking practices of fractional reserve lending and also removes my
money from adding to the national debt.

This brings me to my question: If I make payment to an agency or if an agency takes my Lawful money
and deposits my money in a Federal Reserve Bank, this will cause an inaccurate entry into the zero
offset accounting that is used to track the US national debt.

I have warned agencies about this along with the promise to notice the IMF of this potential
accounting error. Who in the IMF would be a party of interest for a fraudulent
banking deposit of my Lawful money?

I warned the director of California FTB this when they put a lien on my pay and without a reply they
removed the lien within 12 hours. But that was just a threat to report them to the IMF. I would like to
be able to back it up with the correct contact.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and will gladly donate to your cause in suggested amount,
providing you accept lawful money.
