This document describes an infinite square well potential combined with a delta function barrier. It presents the solutions to the Schrodinger equation for this potential. For even wave functions, the solutions satisfy a transcendental equation that can be solved numerically. For odd wave functions, the energy levels are unchanged from the infinite square well without the barrier. In the limits of small and large delta function strength, the solutions approach those of the infinite square well without and with two separate wells, respectively.
