C2 Utopia Art and Education Organization este o organizatie care isi desfasoare activitati in domeniul

artei, educatiei, tinerilor șoi sulturii. Obiectul principal este utilizarea educatiei nonformale sia artei
ca instrument eficient in educatia elevilor, profesorilor si tinerilor. Instructorii au licente in domeniul
artelor si au experienta in domeniul pedagogiei.

C1 4 participanti, vor participa la cursul BULLYING PEER ABUSE IN SCHOOLS – EFFECTIVE PREVENTION

Problemele de comportament precum bullyingul, indisciplina influenteaza activitatea de invatare,


distrage atentia elebilor și influenteaza sanatea mentale a acestora. Managementul
comportamentului este foarte important in timpul invatarii. Cu ajutorul programelor, activitatilor si
consilierea aceste incidente pot fi reduse. Activitati precum proiecte outdoor, vizite, activiati de
teatru, competitii, activitato crative po reduce acest fenomen in beneficiul tuturor elevilor.
cursul are o durata de 6 zile si le ofera participantilor un context teoretic cu privire le indisciplina,
racism si bullying, precum si consiliere in implementarea unei game de activitati , proiecte și
programe in ariile curricuare ale scolii. Discustiile, vizilele si lucrul in echipa vor imbogati cunoistintele
si scimbul de bune practici dintre participanti.
in cadrul activitatilor cursului, participantii vor discuta privind rolul managementului
comportamentului in timpul pricesului de predare – invatare, se vor familiariza cu practici, rutine,
politici dprin care pot controla indicentele zilnice, vor putea controla extunderea și repetarea lor, vor
fi informati cu privire la indisiciplima, racism si bullying, la nivelul educatiei primare, gimnaziale si
liceale, se vor familiariza cu practici exacte pentru reducerea acestor fenome vor fi informati cu
privire la prgramele anti-rasiste si anti-bullying care sunt implementate in Cipru de catre Ministerul
Educatiei șiu alte organizatii private.

After confirming registration, participants will be informed about the details of the course (arrival,
daily programme etc.). Participants will be able to introduce themselves to other participants and
mention some examples of their student's behavioural problems.

DAY 1
WELCOME • Participants introduce themselves, mention some examples of their student's
behavioural problems, discuss practices and policies, course programme overview (day by day).
THEORY • How problematic behaviour occurs; guidelines to handle it before expanding and
repetition; the dynamic of class; the role of effective behavioural management; teaching ideas,
practices, routines and policies that can control everyday incidents; focusing pupils’ attention to
interesting activities like projects, explorations and tours.
TOUR • Visit at Kourion archaeological site with ancient and Roman ruins. Discuss the use of
archeological sites.
DAY 2
THEORY • Indiscipline in pre-primary, primary and secondary education (kinds, characteristics, roles,
effects, examples, practical guidelines that can reduce indiscipline, programmes). • Racism in pre-
primary, primary and secondary education (kinds, characteristics, roles, effects, examples, good
practices, practical steps that can reduce racist incidents).
DAY 3
TOUR IN NICOSIA • Visit to Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia, an interactive museum about the
history of Nicosia town, ideas from museum’s educational programmes. Visit at Shakolas Tower
Museum & Observatory, walk at traditional city center ‘Laiki Gitonia’ • Data collection for the group
work.
DAY 4
THEORY • Bullying in pre-primary, primary and secondary education (kinds, characteristics, roles,
effects, examples, good practices, practical guidelines that can reduce bullying incidents). • Anti-
racist and anti-bulling programs implemented in Cyprus by the Ministry of Education and other
private organizations. • Plan activities, events, projects and programmes across the areas of
curriculum and school life.
GROUP WORK
DAY 5
TOUR IN LIMASSOL • Visit to Limassol Archaeological Museum, Municipal Gallery, Medieval Castle &
Museum, Old Carob Mill. Discuss the use of museums, galleries, castles and other sites. • Data

DAY 6
CLOSURE OF THE COURSE • Presentation of all group works, review of the project, conclusions,
certificates.
DAY 7 (optional) TOUR IN PAPHOS • Visit at Paphos Archaeological Park with Roman mosaics, Paphos
Medieval Castle and port.
