provider firm that enhanced its area of operations to Electrical, Power, HVAC and IT
infrastructure related services over the years.

Scope of Services

This proposal describes economically effective maintenance and monitoring of Electrical Power
and Switchgear Infrastructure to ensure high quality and reliability of electric power supplied
to sensitive electrical equipments.

With our Electrical System Maintenance Program, we can assist you in managing the operation,
maintenance, expansion and modernization of your store electrical power infrastructure. We
will help, plan and implement diagnostic testing and preventive maintenance work on regular
basis as per scheduled plan.

This turnkey preventative maintenance service for electrical system can be custom built to meet
the critical and specific requirements of your mission critical facility for 24/7/365.

Our services include following tasks for installed electrical panels, cable infrastructure and
associated components periodically.

1. Physical inspection & cleaning of the switchgears components & panels.

2. Physical inspection for cable connection, splicing termination at LV room, MDBs, SMBDs and
DBs
3. Health check of all functional components of MCCBs , ACBs and VCBs.
4. Health check of ACB control, shunt trip coil, and UVT.
5. Health check of ACB and ACB through primary current injection source, and check thermal
trip, short circuit magnetic trip, and earth fault, in order to make sure that the ACBs and VCBs
units are in healthy condition.
6. Maintenance & Cleaning of ACBs, VCBs and MCCBs terminals.
7. Calibration of ammeters and power factor correction meter by injecting primary current on all
DBs.
8. Check the controls of Gen Set Synchronization and AMF/ATS modules with main failure
stimulation with manual and auto mode.
9. Perform system sequence testing and necessary trouble shooting of Load Share & Synch
System.
10. Necessary inspection & maintenance of HT panels.
11. To perform manual sequences of operations in case automatic control fails at mains or
generators side.
12. Health check of PFI relays and other components.
13. Checking the insulation of the bus bars.
14. Inspection and maintenance of power and control circuits.
15. Cleaning & maintenance of the generators including battery heat check, cleaning the frame
and canopy after re-fuelling.
16. Keeping records for the events occurred & operations performed.
17. Produce detailed inspection report of the tests.
18. Immediate replacement of faulty parts.
19. Entertaining emergency calls 24/7/365.
20. Availability of critical spare parts within store premises.

Prior to enter into the contract, we will be presenting a report on the condition of all equipment as
well as recommendations for future repairs if required.
