2012 - 2014 JOINT COORDINATOR OF THE PROJECT: « FROM FACT-FINDING TO EVIDENCE: HARMONIZING MULTIPLE
INVESTIGATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMES » (WITH PROF. VAN DEN HERIK AND PROF. STAHN)
The goal of this several year project is to analyse empirical data on the conduct, methodology and procedures of
fact-finding bodies (UN Commissions, International Criminal Tribunals, Sanctions Committees) in order to
harmonize practices in the investigation of international crimes.

AND PRINCIPLES OF INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL PROCEDURE.
Joint project of the Amsterdam Center for International Law and the Hague Institute for the Internationalisation
of law bringing together over 40 experts over a period of 4 years to establish general rules and principles of
International Criminal Procedure. Experts include Profs. Sluiter, Zahar, Schabas, Bass, Zappala and Weigend.
