Question:
Given following information, draw the project network (CPM) using AON method. Compute
the early, late, and slack times for all activities. Identify the project duration and critical
path(s).

Instructions:
1. This is a practical assignment in which you have to draw a proper project network.
2. Draw project network (PERT/CPM) using „activity on node‟ method. (10 Marks)
3. Compute early, late and slack times for each activity. (6 Marks)
4. Identify critical activities/ path and the project duration. (4 Marks)
5. Use following legend to show an activity on node:

ES: earliest start time LS: latest start time
EF: earliest finish time LF: latest finish time

6. For slack and project duration, first calculate earliest and latest times.
7. No theoretical definitions and explanations are required.
8. Consult Chapter 6 of Recommended Text Book for further guidance.
9. Show all necessary working and calculations in your assignment solution.
