You’ve selected a piece of your writing from outside our class and posted it to
the “other writing” page. This work should help establish who you are as a
writer, but it can be creative or from an unexpected source (poem, text
string, essay for another college class, etc.).
Reflection
You’ve gotten rid of the stock titles, icons, buttons, etc. that were in your
weebly template that you don’t need.
Images are your own or you found open-source images that fit with the
overall theme of your class website.
You’ve written a reflection piece that talks about how you wrote and revised
each of our three major essays this semester. What was your brainstorming
and drafting process for each piece? Why did you write your particular
topics? What did you change from rough draft to graded draft and then for
posting to the website? What class activities, lessons, peer review, or
conferences helped you revise? Why did you make the changes you made?
Your reflection should end by reflecting on your overall experience creating
this online portfolio. What have you learned about yourself as a writer?
