Uniunea Internațională a Telecomunicațiilor (UIT) a făcut

public marți raportul „Measuring the Information Society
Report 2016”, cu privire la dezvoltarea tehnologiilor informației
și comunicațiilor. Potrivit acestuia, până la sfârșitul anului 2016,
95 la sută din populația lumii a fost acoperită cu semnal celular
mobil, iar peste 47 la sută din populația lumii este deja
conectată la Internet.Coreea de Sud pentru al doilea an
consecutiv ocupă prima poziție în clasamentul dezvoltării
comunicațiilor informaționale. În top zece, de asemenea, au
ajuns șapte țări ale Uniunii Europene, China și
Japonia.Republica Moldova ocupă locul 68 cu o poziție mai jos
față de anul precedent și se află pe a 5-a poziție printre țările
CSI (după Belarus, Federația Rusă, Kazahstan și
Azerbaidjan).„Regiunea CSI este o regiune relativ eterogenă din
punct de vedere economic. Patru țări din regiune (Belarus,
Republica Moldova, Federația Rusă și Ucraina) sunt clasate ca
țări dezvoltate, în timp ce restul ca țări în curs de
dezvoltare”.Potrivit raportului, „cele mai mari viteze, și planuri
nelimitate de date în regiune sunt oferite în Republica Moldova,
Georgia și Federația Rusă. Numărul conexiunilor la internet în
bandă largă în rețele fixe crește constant în ultimii ani, iar până
la sfârșitul anului 2015, ratele de penetrare au fost de
aproximativ 15 la sută în Georgia și Republica Moldova, iar în
Federația Rusă de 19 la sută”.

Domeniul comunicaţiilor electronice reprezintă una din priorităţile

dezvoltării economico-sociale a Republicii Moldova în următorii 10-15 ani.

Telecomunicaţiile au încetat să mai fie considerate un serviciu de lux, în

contextul în care dreptul la comunicare şi informare este recunoscut ca drept

fundamental al cetăţeanului. Sectorul de telecomunicaţii a avut în ultimii ani

o evoluţie deosebit de dinamică, caracterizată prin restructurare şi

liberalizare în condiţiile unor evoluţii tehnologice spectaculoase.

Piaţa telefoniei fixe a fost liberalizată în Republica

Moldova începînd cu 1 ianuarie 2004. Pînă în prezent sînt
înregistrate peste 10 companii autorizate să furnizeze servicii de
telefonie fixă locală.
Operatorul naţional în domeniul telecomunicaţiilor este S.A.
"Moldtelecom" care prin intermediul a 41 filiale prestează
servicii de telefonie fixa, transport date si acces Internet, inclusiv
şi acces Internet angro altor prestatori de servicii Internet (ISP).
Densitatea telefoanelor fixe constituie 22%, faţă de 14,6% în anul
1998. Densitatea telefoanelor diferă esenţial în mediul rural faţă
de cea din mediul urban.
Astfel în localităţile rurale la 100 locuitori revin circa 13 linii
de telefon, iar în cele urbane - 34,5 linii de telefon. Ponderea
centralelor digitale constituie cca. 53 %.Serviciile de telefonie
mobilă au fost lansate in Moldova în standardul NMT 450i în
anul 1996. În octombrie 1998 compania S.A."Voxtel" a lansat
prima reţea GSM. Al doilea operator S.A. "Moldcell" a primit
licenţa de prestare a serviciilor de telefonie mobilă celulară în
standardul GSM în noiembrie 1999 şi a început activitatea
operaţională in luna aprilie 2000.

Densitatea telefoanelor mobile constituie circa 18 %, faţă de

0,3% în anul 1998. Ambele reţele de comunicaţii celulare
acoperiră mai mult de 3/4 din teritoriul republicii, ceea ce asigură
accesul la serviciile de telefonie mobilă celulară a
peste 80% din populaţia ţării. Republica Moldova a urcat 4
poziții în Raportul mondial privind evoluția societății
informaționale, plasându-se pe poziția 59 din 176 state incluse
în clasament. Datele se conțin în Raportul anual cu privire la
monitorizarea evoluției societății informaționale la nivel
mondial „Measuring the Information Society 2017”, lansat de
Uniunea Internațională a Telecomunicațiilor.
La nivel mondial, Republica Moldova se situează în
categoria țărilor cu nivel mediu de dezvoltare TIC, cu
Indicele IDI de 6,45 puncte. Tendința se menține și la nivel
european, unde țara noastră, în condițiile unei competiții
acerbe pentru a-și păstra pozițiile, a avansat față de media
globală și din regiune, fiind printre primele 10 state cu cele
mai dinamice evoluții la nivel mondial.
De aici putem constata ca noi generatiile noi traim intr-o
alta era era tehnologiilor informationale si mereu ne dezvoltam
tot mai mult de la 3G la 4G si tot asa mai departe cred ca intr-un
oarecare sens e bine dar din alta parte e o metoda pentru
degradare populatie din partea conducerii trebuie sa ne bazam
mai mult pe noi insuni nu pe tehnoogii
