Fundado Elementary School, Libmanan North District, Division of Camarines Sur, had
rendered technical assistance to Masbate National Comprehensive High School, teachers
by sharing her expertise in the field of Science and Agriculture to wit:

A. Implementation of Clean and Green Program:

 Improvement & Rivitalization of Gulayan sa Paaralan.
 Waste Management – segregation, basket compositing, organic fertilizer
making and Dish Gardening.

B. Landscaping – in an urban gardening style where medicinal plants and vegies are
grown at a time within a limited space inside the school.

This certifies further that the aforementioned technical assistance is done in

MNCHS during the Conduct of Bicol Meet 2019, wherein the said school is the beleting
center of Camarines Sur Delegation.
