4 1 0 2 6 8 7 7 0 . D O C WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF FIRE/EMERGENCY

1. Anyone who discovers a fire shall alert Camp via setting off fire alarm by switching on or using the bell

2. All personnel shall proceed to the muster point. If the discovery person is trained to kill a fire then he may

start to kill the fire; after that he has to proceed to the muster point to inform man in charge (MIC

usually off duty TP) about the emergency case.

3. Roomboys have to perform a room search by knocking on doors and shouting „FIRE! FIRE!”. They shall

proceed after that to the muster point immediately.

4. At the muster point the MIC shall collect informations about fire/emergency.

5. MIC to inform rig (DSV/RM) via runner or phone about emergency and request further assistance.

6. Fire/emergency team shall start to kill the fire or rescue assets on MIC request, using the agreed method.

7. At that time Camp boss counts catering staff with medic help, Driller/TP count senior stuff and foreman

counts his crew. All visitors shall be headcounted by Camp boss.

8. Counters inform MIC about missing personnel if any. In case of a possible casualti(es) medic shall response

with required assistance. MIC to inform rig (DSV/RM) about casualti(es).

 In case of casualti(es) do not move the casualti(es) unless in danger.

9. When the fire is killed and the place secured, the fire team leader shall inform MIC via runner.

10. MIC decides on further actions to be taken.

2. Off duty Senior Derrickman

3. Off duty Motorman

4. 2 × off duty Floormen

5. 2 × on duty cooks
