Look no further than Small Space which has been designed with you in mind.

Coventry City Council has three Small Space sites across the City.

Little Heath Industrial Estate - Workshops and offices.

Enterprise House, Foleshill Business Park – Offices.

Steeple House, Percy Street – Offices.

So, who are we?

We are the Commercial Property Management team who manages the Council’s commercial portfolio of property.
The Council is the largest commercial landlord in the City. We at Commercial Property Management strive to be the
‘Landlord of Choice’. We have a wealth of knowledge of dealing with businesses like yours.

What is on offer?

Each location has a manned reception Monday – Friday and conference rooms to hire for that all important meeting
or training session.

All sites have on-site car parking.

All our workshops and office units have 24 hour access 7 days a week.

To help you manage your business finance there are no hidden charges.

To make sure you do not miss your rent payment, we operate a direct debit collection system. So that is one less
thing to think about.

All this is available on flexible lease terms.

What happens next?

Once you become a tenant of ours, you will be given a Welcome Pack which contains useful information for
businesses and your property which includes all the relevant certification and Health and Safety material. Your
company will have access to ‘Our tenant’ web pages on the Council’s website. Here you will find an array of business
information and also provides a quick way of communicating important messages that may affect your business.

E.g. Power cuts, Bank Holiday cover etc.


Finally, to make sure you are happy with the service you have received from both the Commercial Property
Management and the Occupier Support Teams, we will ask for your opinion in a New Tenant questionnaire. We are
always striving to improve our service, so we value any feedback.

Has office suites from 186 – 412 sq.ft. (17.2 – 38.3 sq.ms).

Business Rates: Your business may be eligible for a discount under the small business
rate
relief scheme in England if you only occupy one property and it has a rateable value

£12,000. Small business rate relief is calculated at 100 per cent on properties up to
£12,000 from 2017.
