Dear Parents and Students,

Re: Foundation Anniversary and Sports Fest

Greetings! Come February 11-15, 2019, Lyceum of Subic Bay

will celebrate itʻs 15th Foundation Anniversary and will hold its
annual Sports Fest in which the Basic Education Department
will have a significant and active participation in all
academic, creative, and sports competitions.

For this purpose, students of the Basic Education

Department:

1. Are required and are enjoined to participate or

support all activities.

2. Shall pay the amount of Php 900.00 as Foundation and

Sports Fest Fee to the cashier only to defray the
expenses that may be incurred by our departmentʻs
participation. Part of the fee shall be paid for the
Foundation T- shirt. Payment should be in on or before
February 6, 2019.

3. Should be present particularly during the opening day

activities. (Details shall be communicated to the
students by their respective class advisers.)
