1. SCOPE
This procedure describes the basis and method to be used for calculating the progress of
Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Overall progress for PT PANCA
AMARA UTAMA (hereinafter referred to as OWNER) that will be prepared by PT Rekayasa
Industri (hereinafter referred as CONTRACTOR) during all Engineering, Procurement,
Construction, and Commissioning activities of Banggai Ammonia Plant Project (hereinafter
referred to as BAP PROJECT).
This procedure is not meant to circumvent or override any provisions of Contract. In-case of
any conflict between this procedure document and contract, provisions of contract shall prevail
over this document.
This procedure will be the basis for calculation of physical monthly progress.
- Construction 33%
Commissioning (Wtg) 5%
3.3 Weight Factors and Weight Value of Engineering Progress
There are two kinds of weight factors:
a. Weight factors for engineering work steps (Appendix 1) to summarize progress for each
work steps into progress for each document.
b. Weight factors for each work discipline for engineering (Appendix 2) to summarize
progress for each work discipline into total engineering function progress and then to
summarize progress for each phase into total engineering progress.
3.4 Weight Factors of Procurement Progress
There are two kinds of weight factors:
a. Weight factors for procurement work steps (Appendix 3) to summarize progress for each
procurement work step into progress for each procurement discipline/package.
b. Discipline Weight factors for each category (Appendix 4) to summarize progress based
on each Equipment/Material cost for each procurement discipline/package into total
procurement category and then to summarize progress for each of procurement category
into total procurement services progress.
3.5 Construction Progress
There are three kinds of weight factors:
a. Weight factors for construction work step (Appendix 5) to summarize progress for each
work step into the progress for each work item.

5. PROGRESS REPORT
5.1 Progress Summary
5.1.1 Progress Table
As an aid in planning and control, progress curves will be developed to monitor
progress.
The progress of the work is summarized in tabular format. It shall include plan and
actual progress achieved for the month.
5.1.2 Overall PROJECT Progress
The “S” curves will have the following elements:
• Schedule Curve
• Actual Progress
The "S" curves will be derived utilizing the weight values agreed with OWNER. The
"S" curves will include profiles for the entire duration. The curves will be updated
periodically to display actual versus planned progress, as well as projected trend for
the remaining period. These will be issued as a part of the Monthly Progress Report.
5.2 Progress Reporting
CONTRACTOR shall prepare and issue the Monthly Progress Report in accordance to the
agreed cut-off and issuance date with OWNER. The contents and format of this report shall
be provided to OWNER as per agreed reporting procedure.
