of complete building (information purpose) and Building Elevation drawings (Approval purpose).

2. Water sump & Septic tank construction details are not covered.

3. Ground floor tiles details are not covered.

4. Floors (1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, Pent house) Slab thickness is not mentioned. It is better to go
with 125mm / 5’ thick slab. LW+ is to be used in concrete mix for every casting for leak proof.

5. Steel make Jai Raj TMT & Sree TMT may be re-rolled (ie steel regenerated from scrap). Rerolled
steel elongation & tensile strength is not good. It is better to use Vizag/Jindal/Sail steel.

6. It is understood that walls are constructed with Concrete instead of bricks. Please check &
ensure the same.

7. Concrete grade & mix details (Cement, metal, sand & fly ash) for slabs, foundation & columns.
(Suggestion: Request to use 53 grade Cement, M30 mix for foundations & columns & M30/M25
mix for Slabs).

8. Now a days everyone is going with ready-mix concrete. So, please ask them to submit the
detailed mix proportion reports for every batch (Report will show the quantities of Cement,
River/Robo Sand, aggregates etc used).

9. Vitrified tails Make & Size.

10. Details of whether shield paints for external walls, grills, windows, internal door frames &
shutters are not mentioned.

11. Electrical points are not sufficient & dish TV socket and cables are not covered.

12. Entrance gates will be supplied.

13. Indian Water Closet (IWC) is considered in toilets, it is better to go with Western type.

14. Wash basins are not covered.

15. Kitchen & Bed rooms masonry shelves are not mentioned.

16. Locks for Entrance doors are not mentioned.
