situations referred by Clinical Instructors
 Supervises Nursing Education in implementing quality
of instructions and nursing actions either in campus
academic concerns or on RLE problems and needs

and implementing nursing programs based on scientific
principles and standards of nursing education and
practice
 Directs subordinates to perform assigned task at their
best, providing them with sense of direction and
purpose
 Determines the nursing area that require priority

to whatever nursing actions and decisions made
 Measures actual performance of faculty under her
supervision
 Compares results of performance of faculty with

nursing personnel

examining, improving, correcting interrelationships
between members

 Establishes relationships by providing a system of
communication for nursing concerns and problems

standards of care and with faculty of the nursing the
policies, standards and guidelines in BSN program
 Improves communication among personnel and reach
an understanding on the objective of the job
 Provides feedback about faculty performance, needs
and interest

the school of nursing
