This is to inform you that based on the 2018 study conducted by Department of Environment and Natural
Resources, Land Management Bureau with August 8, 2017 reference date, the official land area of Sitio
Bagong Usbong in Barangay Bagong Silang, city of Caloocan is TWO HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT
HECTARES OF LAND

“A parcel of land GSS 133-D (PORTION) Bagong Usbong Resettlement Project and PLS
411-D (PORTION) Bagong Usbong Cadastre situated in the Barangay Bagong Silang, Caloocan City,
Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE; along line 1-2 by Cad 720-D, Sta. Maria Cadastre, Malabon City,
on the NW; along lines 2, 3 and 4 by PLS 411-D (PORTION) Tanay, Cadastre Barangay Sampaloc,
Caloocan City,; on the NW; along lines 4, 5 and 6 by portion of GSS-1333-D and Portion of PLS 411-D,
Barangay Daraetan, Quezon City, on the NE, along lines 6-1 by portion of GSS-1333-D, Doon Cadastre,
Manila City.”
