11. Describe how your values, skills and interests relate to this career option: I have been
dancing since I was four, I love to dance and just started to do choreography for other
people and really enjoy it. I have a very creative mind which is good to have while you’re
choreographing a dance so that you can think of creative themes for your dance. I also
have good leadership and teamwork skills, persistence, and interpersonal skills.
12. What courses and grades are needed to enter this occupation? A high
school diploma.

13. Working conditions: choreographers work anywhere performances are performed in


theaters or sound stages, and studios. Many dance company’s tour for part of the year,
and choreographers in those companies travel for months at a time.

14. Typical hours of work: the hours of work is usually up to you. Choreographers will
say what time you come in and what time you are done.

15. Describe what has influenced your choice of this occupation: dance has influenced
me to choose this occupation because if I did not do dance I would not know what
choreography is.

the future it will most likely stay the same

occupation because I would like to have my own business one day. Also I think it would
be a really great accomplishment to own your own business.
