Readymade Plaster:

Prepare the surface, Providing and applying avg. 10 to 12mm thk( avg.) plaster with readymade Plaster of approved brand/make
(Ascolite, Fair mate) on walls on Over all plain / curved surfaces of brick / block / RCC and to be finished smooth in correct line,
level, plumb & diagonally correct, making of edges, corners, sill, jambs, soffits, pattas etc. as per drawings & relevant specifications
The rate shall also include for making and fixing of level pads, cleaning and pre-wetting of surface,curing, providing and fixing of
20 gauge PVC/ FIBRE (120GSM) mesh 150 mm wide at the junctions of RCC and masonry including all consumables,hacking closely
concrete surfaces/ apply chemical adhesive coating on concrete surfaces and apply "Chatt" coat plaster, shifting of material to the

required location , providing, erecting, maintaining and dismantling of approved scaffolding at all heights / leads, making mortar
etc. complete as directed and to the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. No extra payment shall be paid for drip moulds,
grooves, corner, bands, cornices etc. The rate shall also include for providing and mixing approved admixtures, finishing of skirting
tip ( Judd filling), curing etc. complete at all height and floors to the satisfaction of Engineer In Charge. Unit rate include cost of all
material,labours,consumables,material shifting & mixing charges, curing, scaffolding, protection, tools & tackles,disposal of
debries to the designated location ouside of project premises etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. All the RCC surface
shall be given a coat of bond chemical bonding material as per the manufacturers specification.
