Relative Extrema

time is relative. meaning that there is a relative min. and relative max

relatives are happening at the sametime

despite not being the the highest or lowest date.

example:

relative min. - the master re-animating cells in prison, happens at Earth 2008

relative max. - the ood council telling of masters return, happens 200 years later

the two events are closely related with the same persons being involved (when does not
matter), therehence they will be happening at the same time to keep multiple versions of a
single person from appearing.
