Please find enclosed our charges for the above-captioned subject for your reference and

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. To visual inspection of pressure vessel physical appearance.
2. To conduct visual inspection to detect of surface defects.
3. Visual inspection of weld joint to verify weld integrity.
4. Visual inspection of internal / external corrosion.
5. Coating survey internal & external, to highlight present defect of the tank lining
If coating system need to be revised.
6. Visual Inspection for the cleanliness if chemical cleaning is required.
7. Visual inspection of all flange faces to verify integrity.
8. Pressure testing in order to certify the TANK for 24 months.
9. Boxing up torqueing of bolts flange management.
10. Submission or recommendation of inspection Result.
11. Certification

Recommendation:
FOR INTERNAL DEFECTS:
12. (UT) ultrasonic test required to verify welding integrity.
