Genesys Softphone Installation Guide

Step 1: Go to above following Path:

\\sgsinittools\Software\Genesys\Genesys Softphone\SOFTPHONE INSTALLER\ip

Step 2: Execute the Application setup the one highlighted below

Step 3: Go to above following Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\GCTI\Genesys Softphone

Step 4 : - Replace the Softphone with the attached CONFIG file .

Step 5 :- Change the user details ( 5 - employee number) in the file “ SoftPhone.config” as highlighted
below .

Step 6 :- Create the shortcut of “ GenesysSoftphone “ application from path C:\Program Files
(x86)\GCTI\Genesys Softphone
Step 7 :- Double click the shortcut of Genesys softphone from desktop

You will be able to see your user name and OK as above screen shoot.

Step 8- Testing: - Go to calls option and enter one of user id from same team and dial.

Step 9- Exit: -
