Project Preferences Sheet

The following information will be used in the formation of teams for your project. Place an X along the
scale to indicate your level of interest in each project. A rating of zero means “I would rather stay home
than do this project”; a rating of 100 indicates that “I would choose to work on this project rather than go
to the beach or watch the wallabies”. All projects must be ranked; ties are allowed. We will make every
effort to assign you to one of your first three choices, but there are many constraints and flexibility is
required. Please email this form to Prof. McCauley (mccauley@wpi.edu) and Prof. Higgins
(ldh@wpi.edu) by January 8 at noon.

I am very interested in the Climate Change Video. I believe my previous experience makes me a qualified
candidate for this project. I took AR 2401 (Video Production) as part of my humanities requirement, but
mainly because I’m passionate about video. This shows I have experience working in a group to develop a
message for a video, and also executing filming, editing, and distribution of media.

In addition, I’m the Public Relations (PR) officer for the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics
(AIAA). As the PR chair, I’m responsible for external communication to companies and individuals to help
strengthen the societies’ members professional development.
Between my technical skills with video production and outreach skills from my experience as a PR, I believe
I fit very well for this project.
