NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE 1ST HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

GRADE 10-WISDOM
June 23, 2017

To clearly communicate the student's progress in school, and in the case of a student who
is having difficulty, to enlist the parents' cooperation in the effort to remediate any problems, a
Homeroom Parent-Teacher Conference (PTA Meeting) to all levels was held in Domalandan
Center Integrated School last June 23, 2017.

The Grade 10-Wisdom PTA members started the meeting at exactly 1:00 pm. The
parents/guardians signed in the attendance form before they took their seats. Mrs. Natividad
Lamsen, one of the guardians who attended the said PTA meeting, led the opening prayer. The
first topic in the meeting was the School’s Rules and Regulations for the students, such as proper
wearing of uniform, proper haircut for boys and hairdressing for girls, and the avoidance of
collective absences and excuse letters for the purpose of having special quizzes and
examinations. And as one of the main objective of the meeting, the members had an election of
officers. The elected officers for Grade 10-Wisdom are as follows: President: Mrs. Natividad
Lamsen; Vice President: Mrs. Josephine Landazabal; Secretary: Mrs. Marivic Perez; Treasurer:
Mrs. Gemma Dizon; PIO: Mrs. Lannie Del Rosario; Auditor: Mrs. Evelyn Aviles; Peace Officer:
Mrs. Gloria Pantaleon. Mrs. Janine M. Labayo spoke about the details of the requirements for
her handled subjects such as Informal/Formal Themes and Sulating Pansanay/Pangwakas. Mrs.
Labayo also talked about what the PTA Officers may suggest as their homeroom project for the
present school year, and the officers came up with the funding of electric fans for the proper
ventilation of the classroom. They all agreed on the proper implementation of the discussed rules
and regulations.

The meeting ended at 3:14 pm.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE 2nd HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

GRADE 10-WISDOM
August 29, 2017

To commit to the improvement of our learners is to give importance to their progress.

Last August 29, 2017 at 2:00 in the afternoon, Domalandan Center Integrated School
conducted the 2nd PTA Meeting at the Multi-Purpose Hall. Mdm. Ma. Theresa S. Aquino, the
school principal, together with the PTA President Mdm. Ma. Anne P. Doria, gave a brief
welcome message to the parents and teachers. They emphasized that the involvement of the
parents to the curricular activities as such and their support to the projects of the school for the
welfare of the students are greatly appreciated. Also, Mdm. Pechi Luz D. Ramat, SHS teacher
and a registered nurse shared to the body the rules in the school canteen about eating healthy
foods. She also gave emphasis to the positive effect of the rule to the students when it comes to
health and saving money.
After the general meeting, the parents proceed to the homeroom advisers of their children
in their respective classrooms for the release of report cards. Mrs. Janine Melchor-Labayo, the
adviser of Grade 10-Wisdom, awarded the certificates of recognition to the academic awardees
and students with perfect attendance, and had a pictorial with their parents. She ended the
Homeroom Meeting with the a short message of gratitude to the parents who attended and also
relayed important announcements like the deadline of submission of the PSA Birth Certificates
of the students and Form 137 for those who are transferees.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE 3rd HOMEROOM PTA MEETING

GRADE 10-WISDOM
January 27, 2018

The Third Quarter PTA Meeting in Domalandan Center Integrated School was held on
January 27, 2018, Saturday at 9:00 in the morning. The same day, Early Enrolment was also
launched.
Mrs. Jinky Fernandez led the singing of the National Anthem followed by a prayer by
Mrs. Maria Cecilia Balanza. There were short messages and announcements of the recent
achievement of the school in the Bagoong Festival 2018 from Mdm. Ma. Theresa S. Aquino,
school principal, and Mdm. Maria Magdalena S. Flores.
After the general meeting, Mrs. Janine Melchor-Labayo, together with the advisers,
released the report cards in the Multi-Purpose and continued in their respective classrooms. They
also conducted a short announcement of the designated teachers for the early enrolment.
