Speed Governor Series Product Hardware

1. Overview:
Achieve automatic and manual control of turbine speed governors with accident shutdown
and sequence closing functions. Besides, we provide a set of oil pressure unit and its control
system as well.
2. Function:
 Manual operation on site to achieve opening and closing of guide vane;
 Receive command from computer monitoring system to realize automatic unit start-
up and stop ,emergency shutdown;
 Provide unit over-speed protection through closing the guide vane;
 Carry out guide vane sequence closing function to meet the regulation and protection
requirements;
 Continuously provide stable and reliable oil pressure system.

 Technical specification for dual-circuit power supply device:
DC: DC220V/110V±15%,2A;
AC: AC220V/110V±15%,2A;
 Specification for input signals of electrical devices:
Feedback signal of unit frequency fg: PT voltage at generator terminal 0.2V-180V;
frequency measurement range 0.5-100Hz;
Feedback signal of grid frequency fs: PT voltage at bus bar 80V-180V; frequency
measurement range 0.5-100Hz;
 Feedback signal of servomotor travel(displacement transmitter), water head, water

 Time for unit start-up and stop:
When guide vane is fully open: 2 - 50 s adjustable;
When guide vane is fully closed: 2 - 50 s adjustable;

When unit blade is fully closed: 2 - 100 s adjustable;
 Operation ambient conditions:
Altitude: Not higher than 5,000 M;
Environment air temperature: -20℃-50℃;
Relative humidity : Not greater than 95%, no condensation.
