for educators Romans 8:11

NIV - And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised
Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in
you.

RSV - If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ
Jesus from the dead will give life to your mortal bodies also through his Spirit which dwells in
you.

KJV - But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up
Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

LB - And if the Spirit of God, who raised up Jesus from the dead, lives in you, he will make your
dying bodies live again after you die, by means of this same Holy Spirit living within you.

Note to the educator

Christians in public education have the Spirit of God living in us and walking our campuses.
Christians come in all races, ages, sizes and shapes. Christian educators may include the
administrators, bus drivers, custodians, office secretaries and clerks, the teachers, substitutes

and coaches. Many of our strongest Christians are the students and they have total religious
freedom to bless the school community. Their only barrier is that they may not interrupt
instructional time. All of the educators mentioned above can pray privately at any time,
corporately before or after contract time and participate in a Bible study if they choose. As long

as there are tests in school, there will be prayers. May you pray without ceasing for the needs
of your school community.
